RMA Form

An RMA is a Returned Materials Authorization. Just follow these simple steps then click on the ‘Submit’ button. Once the RMA form is submitted, we will then E-mail you with an RMA # and instructions on how to send back the items being returned.

Important: Returned goods that do not have an RMA # clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused.

Product to be returned for refund must be unused and free of visible damage. Please package product to be returned adequately (dividers should be used for multiple battery shipments). Refunds will not be provided for used or visibly damaged products.

RETURN CONDITIONS: A return material authorization (RMA) number must be issued for any product return. Requests for return authorization must be made within 7 days of product delivery. Request forms must be filled out completely (including reason for return) in order to be processed. Return instructions will be e-mailed upon receipt of completed RMA request form. All instructions must be followed. A copy of the return instruction e-mail (including RMA request form) must be enclosed with the product and the RMA number must appear as part of the ship to address. Return shipments without visible RMA numbers may be refused. A restocking charge of 20% will be deducted from product value refund. If a replacement order of same or greater value is placed, the restocking charge will be waived. The replacement order number must either appear in the return instruction e-mail or be noted in the space provided on that e-mail. Shipping charges are not refunded. Product should be well packaged to prevent damage in transit as only product returned in the same condition as received is eligible for refund. Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA number issuance. Refunds may be delayed or forfeit if product is not returned per the parameters of these conditions.
