To place
an order with Net 30 days terms please forward information for three
credit references on company letterhead and a purchase order (either the
fax order form available on our website, or your official company P.O.)
via fax to 408-494-0804. Credit references will be checked within two
business days.
Please Note: Net 30 day terms will only be extended for initial orders
with product value of $500 or more.
Exceptions:
Local
or federal government agencies, branches of the U.S. military, and
schools/educational institutions need not forward credit references. Product
will be shipped on Net 30 Day terms. Please either use order form
leaving payment information blank, or fax order to 408-494-0804.
