Hi, my name is Marilyn Woodman, and I placed an order yesterday, and I have to tell you how pleased I was about the whole thing.
It turned out that I WAS ordering the wrong things; furthermore, I had already ordered a recharger before I found your company that would have FRIED the batteries I have!
[Ron] was not in a hurry, but he was quite businesslike and didn't dilly-dally either, and he showed me what I should be ordering to make my project a success. That's not typical any more, and I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the whole thing. He also didn't pressure me to actually order, but as I said to him--those that do the work deserve to get the business.
I build custom Christmas displays, and these batteries and charger, as well as an electric wheelchair motor, are for a train. I also belong to several forums of people who are doing the same kinds of things, and I will be sure to pass your name and site link to them as well.

"I was referred to this place by Neurolink in San Mateo. Because is in San Jose and we are in Campbell I drove to this place to buy a battery. Because I wasn't sure whether I would find the right battery or not I decided to bring in the unit i needed the battery for with me. I asked Ron, the guy who was helping me if we could install before I left. When he tried the cables in my unit were getting caught behind the battery and the unit would turn off. The whole time it was my unit the one creating the problem yet both he and Derek were determined to make it work and worked on it until they got it done. Their service is outstanding!!

Thier website is easy to navigate and helps you find what you need fast. Tech specs are also available, so you can be sure it fits before you order. Shipping is reasonable and fast. I am fortunate to live within an hour of their business. During my last visit, they took the time to test the charging circuit of the UPS I was buying replacement batteries for. The site was very friendly and wanted to call to get a little more information regarding the battery i needed. I called and a customer service rep answered and was very helpful. I recently needed to get a replacement battery for a second hand power wheels jeep for my two sons. was very easy to use and very informative for exactly what I needed. After receiving my battery, I had called about a couple of questions I had about the fuse relay for the leads to the battery. A gentlemen named Ron was very personable and knowledgable and answered all my questions. He went far beyond excellent in terms of satisfactory customer service. We also show information about what we have accomplished and what we are planning to do in the future. I was given three second hand UPSís; one APC Smart-UPS 1000 and two Belkin F6H500-USBís, all taken out of service because of battery failure.After some comparison shopping of price and selection I placed an order for a replacement pack for the APC to evaluate fit, performance, etc. They arrived promptly and work PERFECTLY! You helped me last week, I spent many hours trying to find F1 terminal batteries, and could not. So I have to convert my cables as you suggested at that time. When I called today, Derick talked me through it all again.

I have looked, called, and emailed so many companies in this search. No one even approaches the quality of your customer service. I thank you for your prompt service. I received the batteries today. Unfortunately, I am happier with your service than the delivery by United Parcel Service. UPS did not deliver the package to my apartment earlier today. They did not make any attempt to deliver it to the correct address. Instead they delivered it to the office of the apartment complex.

When I found out that the package was delivered to the incorrect location, I called the UPS customer service and discussed it with the telephone agent, her supervisor, and the supervisor of the delivery driver. The supervisor told me that the driver made two attempts to deliver the package, and that both myself and my wife did not hear the buzzer. After this discussion, we tested the door buzzer three times, All three times we heard is clearly in two different rooms. I believe that the delivery driver did not make an attempt to deliver your package and lied about it to his supervisor

I strongly encourage you to offer competing delivery service to your customers. My strong preference is to not use UPS services, since they do not deliver as promised, and since they lie to package recipients.

Ukiah Valley Medical center is a small hospital that services the city of Ukiah and surrounding areas in Mendocino and Lake counties. Over the course of a few days, it was determined that an Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS) connected to our phone system was not carrying the load during mild power fluctuations.

As the result of some electrical work being performed on some radiological equipment, our phone system had been ungracefully rebooted four timers before we determined the source of the problem, and that our UPS was not protecting our phone system. Though the problem had been identified, critical work in Radiology had to be put on hold until we could protect our phone system. We needed new batteries for our UPS, and we needed them as soon as possible, and they aren't the common brand of batteries that are widely sold.

We found on the web, they were within driving distance, and so we agreed to buy the batteries from them. I was prepared to arrive at their office when they opened in the morning---they were prepared to meet me there that evening!

As a result, we were able to pick up the batteries at 10p.m.,arrive back at our facility by 1:30a.m., and have them installed and our phone system completely operational by 4:30 a.m.,'s willingness to go the extra mile allowed us to go the extra mile for our hospital.
