Our secure server software (SSL) is
the industry standard and among the best software available today for
secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal
information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it
cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
The BATTERYSPEC.COM's Safe Shopping
Guarantee protects you while you shop at BATTERYSPEC.COM so that you
never have to worry about credit card safety. We guarantee that every
transaction you make at BATTERYSPEC.COM will be 100% safe. This means
you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a
result of shopping at BATTERYSPEC.COM.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act,
your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent
charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00,
BATTERYSPEC.COM will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full
$50.00. BATTERYSPEC.COM will only cover this liability if the
unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your
own from purchases made at BATTERYSPEC.COM while using the secure
server.
In the event of unauthorized use of
your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in
accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
If you don't want to use your credit
card on the Internet, just fill out our order form online or call us at
408-378-6444 . Choose 'phone in order'. Once you have fully submitted
your order, you will be prompted with a phone number that you can use to
call in your card number.
Forms
Please download and print out a hard
copy of the following forms listed below. Next, you would simply
fill-out the form with all necessary information required and either fax
or mail back to the Batteryspec.com's Staff.
Return Policy
Requests for return must be made within 14 days of original shipment. Returned product must be received within 10 days of receipt of RMA number. Product must be returned in sturdy packaging in resalable condition. RMA policy procedures must be followed for all returns. A delay in processing will result if the policy guidelines are not met. This Return Policy does not apply to product affected by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Damaged items must be reported via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt to sales@batteryspec.com. For all returns, customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise discussed.
IMPORTANT: Manufacturers
change battery specifications without notice. Please inspect the
batteries in your unit before placing your order. Should the incorrect
battery be ordered, you will be charged for the return shipping and
shipping costs to have the correct battery sent.
Warranty
LIMITED ONE-YEAR BATTERY WARRANTY (Under Float Service @77°F / 2 Year Warranty) BatterySpec.com warrants its batteries to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use as follows:
(1) Up to one year from date of purchase, BatterySpec.com will issue a credit toward the replacement of the battery/batteries. The credit will be equal to the price of the original battery prorated with a fraction whose denominator is 12 and whose numerator is 12 minus the number of months since the date of purchase. (For example, the credit for a battery purchased 9 months ago will be 3/12's of the price of the original battery).
(2) This warranty is not valid if the battery has been / batteries have been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected, overcharged, undercharged or misused in any way. Battery cell capacity degradation due to excessive use is not covered by warranty.
(3) All requests for warranty returns must be made through the BatterySpec RMA link below. Delivery of returns without RMA numbers will be refused. Shipment of product to BatterySpec.com for evaluation is not covered by this warranty
Please recycle all batteries.
You may ship your used batteries to
BATTERYSPEC.COM and we will recycle them for you or you may take them to
a local recycler. Look in the yellow pages of the phone book under scrap
metal dealers and you will usually find listings of recycling businesses
in your area.
Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday
are shipped the same day, providing the battery is in stock. Orders
placed after 1:00 PM PST or those placed on Saturday or Sunday will be
processed and shipped the following business day. Most batteries ( SLA
or Gel cell), are shipped UPS and may be shipped by air.
For APO addresses, US possessions,
Alaska , Hawaii , we ship USPS and packages must be less than 70 lbs.
